Once we’ve finally got everything we wanted, we head back and started to pack everything again in a bag. Once that was done, our matchmaker (my aunt) accidentally tore the bag to bring all these items over to Deluxe’s family. So what happened was that on the way to Deluxe’s place, there’s a hamper shop just around the corner and my parents decided to go there and get it wrapped. Then our matchmaker suggested that we should get a bottle of wine as well. The owner of the shop was also kind enough to give a few suggestion instead of using a bag, but also get a basket for it. Which he also said that he’ll help wrap up the basket with no additional charges. So once it was done, all of us finally go to Deluxe’s place.
Once we reached there, our parents finally met and started to get to know each other. Everything seems well, and there wasn’t any problems. Plus our matchmaker went and handed the basket to them. So basically it was a fruitful time as they tried to get to know each other better. My parents stayed about close to an hour before they left to get ready for tonight.
By the time we reached Lok Thien, Rev.Ling & Ps.Sharon arrived on the spot there. X_X” How embarassing, but it’s all good. They just arrive not long. Hehehe. Rev.Ling came over and talked to me about what is needed to be done during the whole ceremony, and try to get our name rights first 
Hehehe.. Not long after that, Deluxe arrived, and we started the ceremony. We had an opening prayer by Rev.Ling, then followed by singing a hymn, followed by scripture reading by Ps.Sharon. Then the ceremony began, as Rev.Ling did a little bit of sharing regarding that Engagement is not a marriage yet. A time to get closer not only for ourselves but our family as well. After that the exchange of rings began, and once that was over we sang another Hymn of Love and closing prayer.
Then as the time of dinner, it was a bit quiet at first because everyone tried to be good in front of Rev.Ling & Ps.Sharon I think. But towards the middle, everything went well as everyone had already let their hair down. So all in all, everything went well and thank God that the food was great and also the room we booked was excellent as well. Then Deluxe’s parents went over to my aunt’s place to have a further discussion regarding our wedding. Everything went well, and thus here is another chapter of life that we’ll be going through
