What's up?

Ok. So I think I’ve post up too much advertisements on my blog.. Think it’s pretty tough for me to cope with it. . Trying to post 3 ads in a day. I was thinking to myself if I can make at least $15 a day, after a month I would maybe accumulate about $450, which will be around RM1,500 a month. With that I can consider a side income to help me pay my future loans and also probably would help me out a lot as well. But unfortunately for me, my pangkat on PPP is not high enough, thus I am not able to post those add that is worth like $500. But I guess every single cents counts. Anyway, back to posting advertisements. I think I will make it a point not to post too many at one time. Meaning to say, that after each post comes another ads, which I think most of you might find it troublesome to read my other postings. Plus all these post does not relates to any of us, because most of these ads are for the US people. I guess no point reading those if you don’t have the market here.

But anyway, I came to a conclusion is that I will work out a new method of posting on my blogs. As I don’t want it to be crowded with ads, maybe I will make at least 2 post which before I post an advertisement. So how in the world will I be able to do that? Well, that’s for me to know and you to find out. I’ve already got a few ideas on how to do it, but I would have a lot of other work to attend to as well :P But it’s all good. Would like to apologize to all my readers who has been reading spam and all, just skip to the next part and you would be fine :)

Ok, what will I be doing more.. Since I’ve already got the S6500fd, I plan to only use it for special occasion as well as work purposes. I doubt I will be bringing something that bulky around town to snap basically everything :P Since my trusty Canon A70 is still currently working well, I’ll bring it out more often and take more pictures when I’m outside :) So most likely you’ll see more food pictures as well as places that I go to. It’s all good..

Speaking of my Canon A70, this baby had taken I believe 10k over pictures. Most of them are being stored on CDs, while some of them are still in my hard drive. I bought this I think back in 2003, and had many memories with it. I practically brought it everywhere I go and start to take pictures of basically everything. Hahaha.. I guess that time very hao lien, since it was new. Yeah, and for the past 2 years, this camera had helped me make a living on the Internet. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to take pictures and sell stuff through there. So I don’t think I will ever sell it or part with it as it has given me so fond memories of picture taking. Anyway, will begin a new method of blogging tomorrow and hopefully you won’t see too many advertisements here :) Have a nice day.

To Get A Loan or Not To Get A Loan…..

Nowadays, banks are getting strict on giving out loans. This is due to the fact that many people are able to manipulate their payroll and prove it to the bank stating that they are eligible to obtain a specific amount of loan. Once they are able to get the loan, for the first few months they are able to pay back the bank each time without fail. Just that, sometimes unforeseen things happened and people are not able to pay the bank back. Thus the piling up of debt begins, and people find it very hard to pay them back.

Nowadays, if you can’t get a Personal Loans from the bank, you can easily get a Personal Loans from somewhere else. I think before getting a Personal Loans, it would be best if you could work out a budget on how you will be able to pay them back. If you are not able to do so, then it is best you don’t go for it. Why get yourself into more debts just by wanting to look good in a new car or getting a bigger house which you can’t really afford.

If you plan to get a Secured Loans. Make sure you work out a proper budget, if not you would most likely get into debt quickly. Get the things that you really need, and if you have extra money at the end of each month. Save it to pay up your Secured Loans. And you might consider getting a Debt Consolidation Loan, whereby all your other loans will be combined and you are able to pay it monthly. So no need to worry about other loans due date, by having a Debt Consolidation Loan, you can have a peace of mind to pay your loan in time.

Marital Counseling Part One : Christianity Marriage – Marriage is Everlasting

2 Fridays ago, our premarital counseling began. I went there alone due to the fact that Deluxe had to make a last minute trip to Singapore. Before I continue, the reason why it is important for every couple to go through this Premarital Counseling is to prepare both couples for marriage life.

Session 1 talks about Christianity Value of Marriage. Whereby Marriage is established by God, and broke into a few parts. Which are:-

Wholeness in Man:
After God created man, he makes man a partner (woman), then proclaim the completion in creation of mankind. (Refer to Gen 2:18)

God personally prepare:
He has personally prepared a partner (woman) for man and personally brought them together. (Refer to Gen 2:22)

One Husband & One Wife:
Please refer to the following bible verses 1 Timothy 3:2, 1 Tim 3:12, 1 Tim 5:9, & Titus 1:6.

One Man & One Woman:
Please refer to Leviticus 18:22 & 20:13

Leave The Parents:

For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh (Gen 2:24; Eph5:31)

Multiply:
God Blessed them and said tot hem, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.” (Gen1:28a)

Build together:
Assist one another, manage the earth. (Gen 1:28b)

Next we went through the Purpose of Marriage
Through marriage which is established by God, mankind participates in the continuity of life created by God. As such, mankind fulfills the mission entrusted by God to be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it.

Through marriage, one experience love in mankind. The correlation between husband and wife is the most precise, most complete reflection of love.

Marriage is the most fundamental stage in the growth of mankind. One’s real growth into adulthood is most precise when one leaves the parents, united with their partner to establish a family of their own independently.

Establishing a family through parenthood is a continuity of life, sharing of love giving without reservation.

Marriage gives one a balance growth in physical, body and soul. The relationship between husband and wife involves love, friendship, intimacy, responsibility, support, trust, communication and sex.

Marriage is Everlasting Covenant
Spiritual Unity is rooted on Covenant
The foundation of the relationship between God and Abraham is the Covenant. (Refer to Gen 15:9-11. 17-18)

The relationship between God and Israelite is preserved by the Covenant established through Moses. (Exodus 19:5)

The relationship between God and Israel is sustained by the Covenant established through David (2 Samuel 7)

The relationship between Jesus Christ and Church is established by the New Covenant made through the blood of Jesus Christ. ( Luke 22:20; Roman 8:35-39)

The foundation of the relationship between husband and wife is also established through the Marriage Covenant ( Mal 2:14)

Above Covenant is equivalent to Marriage Covenant
God posed himself as a Husband to Israel and Israel, His wife. (Jer 31:32 & Hos 2:16)

Jesus Christ proclaimed Himself as the Husband and Church as His Bride. (Eph 5:25-33)

Jesus Christ is the Groom and Believer is His Bride (Mark 2:19-20)

No Man Shall Separate (Divorce)
So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together let man not separate.(Mt 19:6); Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate. (Mk10:9)

TO the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband… And a husband must not divorce his wife. (1 Co 7:10-11)

Covenant, is established for the purpose of an everlasting unity. God and Israelite; God and Believer; Husband and Wife.

Taking Pictures With S6500FD

I got this as a gift recently and you know who you are. First thank you very much ya. Anyway, been fooling around with it only yesterday. Previously been trying to use it to take pictures for my work, and it turned out really great! Here’s one of them..

Swatao Plate

The only problem I’m currently facing is that, it does have a fuzzy pictures just after the focus part. Not sure how to get rid of that, will try and fool around with it again maybe sometimes later. All in all, it’s a fun camera to play with, as I see retail is about RM1,300 like that. Unfortunately for this model you’re not able to change the lens.. Who’s complaining :D Anyway, more pics that I’ve uploaded to Multiply. Oh yes, before I forget, I’ve signed up with Fuji’s Ezi2Print as a VIP member. For only RM10, you get 50mb storage space and this will be a 3 year subscription. If you apply now, and currently within the first 5,000 people to register you will get 20 prints for free. And their charges are quite fair considering that they only charge RM0.45/piece (excluding shipping). Do check it out. I think it’s worth it :D
