eBay @ 1 Utama – Part 1

Ok, as you all might have guessed that I’ve been away to KL to basically joined the other Education Specialist Carol & Chris to help represent eBay Malaysia on this road show Anyway, the experience was good in a sense that I was really able to meet other sellers who are currently selling on eBay. As we talked and answered many questions that came across their mind. But it was really a good experience indeed to meet all sorts of people. But the greatest joy was to be able to tell people that eBay indeed is for everyone.

eBay is for everyone!

The best part during my stay there in KL was that, the warm hospitality that was shown by the other members there. Though we never seen each other in real life, whereby mostly we just chatted on the boards. We basically had a great time, and also couldn’t expect that all of them to be such nice people to be around with. Guess that’s how the community in eBay really is. Anyway, if you start chatting on the boards, you really can meet up real good people

I’ll be leaving to KL for this eBay event, and I will be leaving someone who is treasure the most. Deluxe. She’s been really a blessing to me in my life, and I really couldn’t ask for more. There are so many things I would want to thank her for, but words could not express how much she had done for me. Would love to dedicate this song to her, for all the wonderful things she has done for me.

eBay is in town!

Yup. If you noticed the new change in eBay recently, they’re gonna be in town this coming week. From the 17th November to 25th November. I’ll be heading there for their opening and was asked to give a talk too. MOL is also giving out RM65 to 1000 lucky people, so what are you waiting for. Public Bank Debit Card…

Hmmm. I’m still awaiting for it to arrive. Should have gotten it by today. Oh well, might come tomorrow. Let us wait and see. So what in the world am I going to do with this card when it arrives? Well, there are tons of things I can think off when I get this card.

First off, I would make full use of their cash rebate benefits. Unlike Citibank’s rebate for every RM100 you spend, you get back RM1, where as for public bank you don’t need to spend until every RM100 to get a rebate. For every transactions you make they’ll give you a rebate of 0.5%. Yeah even though it’s not much.. But hey it’s also money what So here’s a list that I’ll be using for it.

Petrol – I’m spending RM70 on petrol a week. So basically in a month I’ll be using about RM280, so that would mean I would get back RM1.40. But remember you must key in the amount first at the petrol kiosk, if not they will automatically deduct RM150, and refund that balance to you after 4 working days.

Streamyx – I’m currently paying for my home back in Miri which they applied the RM77 per month so that would be maybe around RM0.38

eBay fees – This might be a little bit complicated on how much I spend on eBay, last month fees I spent up to about USD300 for eBay. So using their rates which is about USD1 = RM3.3 which is about RM990, so I’ll be getting back about RM4.95.

Anyway, that’s pretty much about it for the fix items I have to pay each month. Excluding those purchases like AirAsia tickets, other bills, or even make other purchases that allows to use this card without charging extra charges. Anyway, if you learn to manage your money well then you would be making money instead of losing them. Who knows you might have something extra for rainy days! Have a nice day.

So why not apply for a credit card? Well, I do have one. And being very careful on how I spend it. But I rarely even use it to be honest. But to be frank these credit cards are like loan sharks but legal one. Lol, why I said that is because they will incur interest after 20 days. But I know someone who managed his credit card very well and even make money out from it His advice, just make sure you pay back the amount you use within the 20 days. So if you know your paycheck is coming out soon, then buy the things THAT YOU NEED and pay it back into your card within the 20 days frame. And the bank never even earn any interest from him. Earn wisely, spend wisely and save wisely ^_^

Paypal Now Charge For PPP Fees

I’m no Paypal guru or what soever, but it was pretty weird when I started doing Payperpost and other paid advertisement, they never seem to charge me any fees. I thought probably maybe Paypal did hold the funds for 30 days and maybe used that money to play around with it like how the bank does it. But that couldn’t really be the reason as well, since I received an email from one of the advertiser stating that they couldn’t pay me because I link them the wrong page. So when I went and checked my paypal, I was shocked to see cents on my balance, and I was like thinking how come I have cents in this account whereby I clearly remember that I haven’t use any of the funds or write any post with cents behind them. It then don upon me that all my PPP were being charged with Paypal Fees. You can read more about it them here at SweetSurrender & Money Money Come

With Google demoting or promoting almost everyone, maybe its a big conspiracy theory or something. Either that as how Monkey put it in one of the comments he left on my other blog here, that “Same boat, big brader out there dun like us to do more paid reviews! ~~KNS!~~“ Oh well, I guess it’s all good anyway. Maybe consider the amount of charges paypal charge me, or google not giving me any rep, I’ll keep on blogging. And to be honest, I find myself blogging more now compared to when I was still writing ads. Lol.. Maybe it’s due to the fact that writing ads is like a homework or something that got me lazy.. Hahaha. But it’s all good, I’m coming back to life again! Anyway, here’s some carrots for you to cool off from my Photoblog.
