Just Your Ordinary Day
All right. Latest update is that the shop website is finally up and running. Still trying to figure out how to resolve a few issues at the moment. But I think I will activate google adwords once again by next week, once I fixed the affiliates sections. So for those who have nothing else better to do. Since my other site is pretty much functioning already. So I can move on and get to do something else for this blog and finally get it updated regularly (I hope). So I did Podcasting, which I find it was fun. But need a lot of ideas on what to say. Hahaha, as basically I was pretty much lantak only and didn’t know what else to say. Never the less it was fun while it last. I’ll probably do it again tomorrow, and see how it goes. Hehehe.
Right now, I’m currently editing some photos which Deluxe took yesterday, as well as this morning batch when I brought Esther out for jalan-jalan. It’s kinda nice to actually spend time with her, but only when she’s on her good mood. When she’s cranky, I seriously can’t do anything much. Haha. But I guess it’s all about parenting, learn as we go.
Just got news that one of Deluxe friend lost her daughter in a shopping mall temporary. Could imagine the horror what her friend must been through. I would probably gone nuts, if I found out that Esther would have gone missing. Maybe that’s why my parents used to freaked out, whenever I go play basketball without informing them. And I was out the whole day, whereby they searched the whole Miri just to look for me. I was 15 then, and they were still worried sick. Hahaha. Oh well, I guess in their eyes I’ll always be a baby to them. Exactly like how I see Esther right now, as I only just realized she’s no longer my baby girl, but rather my little girl. Who seems to grow up so quickly.
Sometimes I know I shouldn’t let work come between me and my family. But it does happen once in a while, and the thing I noticed about Esther is that. She just loves it when both Deluxe and I are together. As she just loves running to Deluxe give her a hug, and run back to me to give me a hug. And she can go on and on, as if it was a game for her. Yes, she indeed is growing up really quickly right before my eyes. And now she can pretty much takes order, and helping to clean up her toys after shes’ done playing with it. But probably I’ll leave that for the Dear Esther part.
Anyway, I’ve learned to realized that nothing is impossible. Just that, you’ve got to set your mind straight despite whatever outcome it may be. And to be honest, shop is not doing very well at the moment despite being the school holidays. Been talking to other owners along the street, and they too feel it as well. But we’re all being very optimistic by July, as that’s when the peak season comes in. So hopefully, it’s enough to help us cover the few months we had to self stimulus packages in order to survive. Haha. But I still got eBay which does help lighten the burden, so it’s all good.
Will be calling it a night now. Another long day ahead of me tomorrow. And hopefully, it will be better. You guys have a good weekend.
