It’s Been A While

  Seriously it has been a while since I last updated ever since of the attacked that I got from my site.  Apparently everything seems to be in working order for now.  Hopefully it wouldn’t happen again.

  So what has been happening over the past few weeks?  Been busy working on something and finally it’s kinda complete.  Hopefully there will be no more problems so I can move on with other things as well.  So Dennis and myself have not been podcasting for God knows how long. LOL.  So hopefully things will start to pick up in 2012.  Not too sure yet, but still trying to work out something on that at the moment.

Got myself Nasi Lemak 2.0

  Apart from that I got myself a copy of Nasi Lemak 2.0 DVD when it first came out few weeks ago.  I must say, I’m actually impress on how this low budget movie turned out in the end.  I guess there are probably hundreds of review on this movie already, so I won’t go into that.  As my mother in law seems to enjoy watching it TWICE!  Lol, plus I got to give credit to Namewee for including the Hakka language in this movie. So a +1 from me for this movie. LOL.

  Anyway, I think I’ll stop for now as I need to get back doing some other things for the website.  Hopefully once everything clear off within this next 2 weeks, I shall be more active in here once again.  I know I’ve been saying that, just that I seriously have nothing to blog about.  So we shall see how it goes.

  And another thing, I haven’t been really logging into facebook or check out the latest happenings from the news.  As I find it really depressing reading the news of unnecessary expenditure being pour out for nothing.  I went and check out Potong Stim Channel instead.  Kinda takes my mind out of things.  Still thinking if I should report a potong stim event.  Anyway, till then see you guys soon!

Thank You Risingnet.Net

  Ok. My site has finally be restored to normal. And I’ve got to thank Risingnet.net for this. At first I thought I could rectify the problem on my own, but one problem leads to another. So eventually I had to contact their customer service, and it was rectify in less than an hour.  So eventually what took me a few days to find the problem, only took matter of minutes to sort this site back again.

  So this is why sometimes paid service is better compared to free services.  Never the less, this post is dedicated to Risingnet.net for being such a wonderful web hosting server, and looking forward in continuing staying here for a long time.

Managing Time

Esther Chilling

It’s really been a long time since I actually take time to blog.  Most of the time when I feel like blogging, then all of a sudden something just came up and ended up I don’t really do what I wanted to do in the end.  I guess it’s all about time management.  Yes once again, I’ve decided to change my layout to newspaper theme again.  Don’t know why I love these sort of themes, but I do believe that it will be difficult for those who have not been visiting here regularly.  Never the less, I will soon fix that so don’t worry.

The site is still pretty messy, I must admit.  And there are a lot of work needed to be done before this can be officially readable.  LOL.  Never the less, after install wordpress on my tablet I should be able to take time and start writing again.  Not too sure how it will go, but so far it’s kinda fun writing on this tablet.  Pretty much making it to good use, plus I’m currently trying to do a review on the latest firmware which is 2.3. There are still some bugs, but a lot of major improvements from 2.1 and 2.2.  Hopefully we shall be seeing that soon.

Anyway, will keep it a short one for now.  Plus I haven’t been really podcasting as well as vlogging for the past many months already.  Will need to go back there once again.  LOL.  I guess, it was a hype when I started podcasting.  But once people start to follow you tend to get lazy and try thinking harder on what I need to do next.  But never the less, do expect more to come in the upcoming weeks.  Really need to work out on my time management.  Have a nice day.

Been Super Busy

As you’ve all have pretty much noticed I haven’t been blogging regularly.  This is due to the fact that I have been super busy with a lot of work as of late. LOL.  Especially trying to clear up all back logs as soon as possible before Chinese New Year.  Funny how time really pass by quickly, and it’s already coming to the end of January.  Whereby so many things haven’t been done yet. LOL.

As I’m currently working on something new, and out of the box.  Hopefully this would pull off and have a great start.  As I’m currently still doing research on something.  And of course programming have been kinda fun, and I guess all things may have come just on time too.  Never the less, it’s a good thing to look forward too.

Lots of documentations need to be read, and of course studying the latest trend haven’t been good.  I’m still trying to develop my first android app, and I’ve already pretty much got an idea on what I want to do already.  Who knows it might be something as well.  Don’tknow why, but the more I use android the more I love it.  Guess flashing the phone to Android was a good move, as it tends to give my TYTN II longer life. LOL..

Anyway, I think that’s pretty much about it for today.  Took loads of pics last weekend and still don’t have the time to upload them yet.  Ah well, will try to do it within this next few days.  You guys have a good day.

Domain Name Scam?

I just received an email this morning and here is what they state.

Dear Manager:

This email is from China domain name registration center, which mainly deal with the domain name registration and dispute internationally in China and Asia.
On January 17th 2011. We received HAITONG  company’s application, they want to register ” alexjong” as its Internet keyword and CN/Asia domain names. It is china and Asia domain names. But after checking we find this domain name conflict with your company, in order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email, and want to confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China?

Ok for starters, I doubt that someone wanted to register my name as a product apart from myself.  Hahaha.  Plus the email the send to me was not my main email but rather an email account which I posted up years ago and have taken it down.  Never the less I went and did a quick search on google and it brought me to this site.  http://www.firetrust.com/en/blog/chris/domain-name-scams

So I guess my domain name will be worthless after all. Lol.
