Paypal Personal Account

MOL Freedom Card

I’ve just opened up another account with Paypal using my MOL card today.. Actually I’m not a huge fan of MOL Freedom Card, but what since I have it, may as well fully utilize it.. Lol.. ANyway, I will be using that as a personal account. Why in the world I wanna do that is because I’m thinking of starting doing something different in a sense where I will be accepting small payments on eBay. Yup, will be creating another account on eBay to sell smaller and lighter stuff.

So why go personal? Because there are no transaction fees. So all I get will be Nett! Hehehe.. But the only drawback is that, most of the people pay using their credit card. So I might have a few problems then. But it’s ok, I’ve more less decided on how to get these things going on. So it’s all good…

Anyway, one person can only open 2 paypal accounts which are 1 personal or 1 Premiere or Business account. So in terms of withdrawal, since I have an additional card from Public Bank, my premiere account will be withdrawn using my PB card. Where as for this personal I’ll be using Al Rahji card.. So basically it’s covered that.. Hehehe.. But it’s possible to withdraw Paypal locally, so why don’t make full use of it :P Anyway, was thinking of using the personal account main fund would be in GBP considering the fact that the exchange rates for US pretty much sux.. Lol.. But it’s all good. Have a nice day

Went and login into my account, as I have not been there for quite a while already.. And I saw that the RM1 and RM6 they took from me for Paypal as well as eBay has been credited back into my account.. Talk about a long wait. Oh well, it’s all good. Better than nothing, at least I know my money is back where it belong.. Hehehe…

Credit Line For Public Bank Debit Card

Ok. This pretty much sux. Having to handle 3 blogs isn’t that easy. Lol. Considering the time spent on each blog, striving hard to think what in the world to write.. Anyway, it has been quite a while I’ve updated here. So maybe I should do a small write up to keep this site going. Hehehe. Been spending quite a few time in my personal blog as well as photoblog. Especially my photoblog. Lol. Been having way too much fun with my camera, but it’s all good. I need all the practice I can get to get better pictures :P

Anyway, was trying to pay using my Visa Electron Debit Card for my internet bills the other day. Then by the time I managed to key in all the details that I needed, it asked for the security question such as Credit line. I was like thinking, I got barred because I entered in the wrong credit line number. So what happened was that I called up their customer service they told me that the credit line for a public bank debit card is 000000, and make sure the Mother Maiden Name is in all capital letters. Once that was over, it will bring you to a new page on placing the number there.

Unfortunately for me, I made the biggest mistake by entering the wrong reminder question. Lol. But it’s all good.. Anyway, as long I can use it now will be fine :) Apparently I might be spending more than what I thought I would be using this card for. Hehehe, which is good as I’ll consider getting a discount for each time I use this card. Anyway, will be giving out MOL FREEDOM cards once I received it sometime next month.. It’s all good!

Public Bank Debit Card…

Hmmm. I’m still awaiting for it to arrive. Should have gotten it by today. Oh well, might come tomorrow. Let us wait and see. So what in the world am I going to do with this card when it arrives? Well, there are tons of things I can think off when I get this card.

First off, I would make full use of their cash rebate benefits. Unlike Citibank’s rebate for every RM100 you spend, you get back RM1, where as for public bank you don’t need to spend until every RM100 to get a rebate. For every transactions you make they’ll give you a rebate of 0.5%. Yeah even though it’s not much.. But hey it’s also money what :) So here’s a list that I’ll be using for it.

Petrol – I’m spending RM70 on petrol a week. So basically in a month I’ll be using about RM280, so that would mean I would get back RM1.40. But remember you must key in the amount first at the petrol kiosk, if not they will automatically deduct RM150, and refund that balance to you after 4 working days.

Streamyx – I’m currently paying for my home back in Miri which they applied the RM77 per month so that would be maybe around RM0.38

eBay fees – This might be a little bit complicated on how much I spend on eBay, last month fees I spent up to about USD300 for eBay. So using their rates which is about USD1 = RM3.3 which is about RM990, so I’ll be getting back about RM4.95.

Anyway, that’s pretty much about it for the fix items I have to pay each month. Excluding those purchases like AirAsia tickets, other bills, or even make other purchases that allows to use this card without charging extra charges. Anyway, if you learn to manage your money well then you would be making money instead of losing them. :) Who knows you might have something extra for rainy days! Have a nice day.

Bo Lang Bo Juak Talk
So why not apply for a credit card? Well, I do have one. And being very careful on how I spend it. But I rarely even use it to be honest. But to be frank these credit cards are like loan sharks but legal one. Lol, why I said that is because they will incur interest after 20 days. But I know someone who managed his credit card very well and even make money out from it :) His advice, just make sure you pay back the amount you use within the 20 days. So if you know your paycheck is coming out soon, then buy the things THAT YOU NEED and pay it back into your card within the 20 days frame. And the bank never even earn any interest from him. :P Earn wisely, spend wisely and save wisely ^_^

Public Bank Debit Card Application Approved

After months of waiting for my new card to arrive, (had to replace it due to the fact they asked me to replace it when I went over the Customer Service in Public bank to apply for the online transaction) they accidentally sent it to KK whereby I’m in Kuching. I called their Customer Service once again, and said that they will fix the problem. Ater another few more weeks of waiting, they sent me a letter stating closing of my account. So they refunded me my balance, which they say will take 2 weeks arrived. 2 months passed and I finally get a check from them. Talk about efficiency. Anyway, today I just received another letter from them stating that my new card is ready and will send it over to me.

At the moment, I’m contemplating on whether I should apply with them once again. They do have a lot of benefits, such as being able to withdraw from Paypal, not forgetting their 0.5% cash back. So most likely I’ll go for it once again. Anyway, I’m already contemplating on throwing away my MOL card which is basically useless and very inconvenient so to speak. So I’ll be replacing that with this. And hopefully Public Bank won’t screw up on the address again. If not prolly I’ll go and stab them again.. hehehe.. But it’s all good!

Bo Lang Bo Juak Talk

Google has demoted me from 4 to 2, and now to 0. How sad.. Lol. So probably I’ll start to puasa from PPP. And you’ll see less ads now. But never fear. I’ve read from one site stating first thing when things like this happen.. Rule #1 – Don’t panic.. Hahaha.. So guess will start everything from scratch again. Anyway, with less PPP I think I can have more time in blogging other stuff rather than scratching my head how to write them, and ending up not posting anything at all in the end. Anyway, I’ve restructured my other 2 blogs whereby this blog I’ll basically leave it for anything that has anything to do with work or eBay. So see how it goes from there.

I’ve also started a Photoblog in http://alexjong.wordpress.com, where I’ll be posting more on photos I’ve taken with my camera. And any other pictures. Speaking of camera. My Canon A70 died again. Lol. The last time it happened I sent to Canon and they replaced it for free.. Let’s hope they do it again, if not I’ll prolly need to fork out something and look for another substitute for a compact camera.. Oh well. It’s all good!
