Today is Granny’s Birthday. Happy birthday! Get well soon & Love you always….
A little something something about my grandma. Who really loved us very much. Though she did discipline us while we were young, and sometimes don’t understand why. Mom always told us it was for our own good. And when I look back now, I remember the times she would always remember each and everyone of our birthday. Giving us a little of something that she had to us. And I always remembered the time she would pray for us during our exams. From what time it start, she will take time off from whatever she’s doing and began to pray until our exams was over. And not to forget a week before the exams, she would start cook herbal tea for us to drink each night so that we won’t fall sick during our exam.
And now as we’re older, and began to work. Thinking back on how much she has given to us, we as grandchildren should give back as much as we could. This goes to our parents as well. That’s why the 4th commandment is honoring our parents, whereby the first 3 was talking about God, and next in line was Honor thy Father and Thy Mother. Maybe the reason why God probably put it there was because if we can’t even honor our earthly father or mother, the one who we can see and provide everything for us. How could we ever honor God whom we can’t see. So instead of taking it as a responsibility, take it with joy when giving back to our parents and especially our grandparents. If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t be here now would we?
Actually I wanted to dedicate another song for her.. But probably will do it when I have the time later..
